Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MangoRocket Apps (“Proofel”, “we”) covering your use of the Proofel service at proofel.com. By creating an account, or by reviewing content through a share link, you agree to them.

The service

Proofel is a review and approval platform for email campaigns: you upload or forward email designs, share them for feedback, manage versions, and route approvals. Proofel is not an email sending platform (ESP) and does not deliver campaigns to your subscribers.

Accounts & guests

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account, including workspace members you invite and share links you create. Guest reviewers use the service under these same terms. Keep your account information accurate, and don’t share credentials.

Your content

You own the content you put into Proofel — email designs, images, comments, and everything else. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service: storing, processing, rendering, and transmitting that content to the people you share it with. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for what you choose to share via links; anyone holding an unexpired share link you create can view that canvas per the access level you set.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content or use, including content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy.
• No malware, phishing content, or attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service or other users’ data.
• No abusive automated ingestion — canvas email addresses are for your own campaign review, not bulk mail archiving.
• We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.

Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans (Pro, Team) bill monthly or annually through Stripe, and include a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers of a plan; you can cancel during the trial at no charge. Team seats above the included three are billed per seat, prorated. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. If you downgrade past the Free plan’s limits, nothing is deleted — you just can’t create new emails until you’re under the limits again.

Cancellation & termination

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Upon account deletion your content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard on accuracy, but previews are simulations: dark-mode rendering, link screenshots, and size analysis are review aids, not guarantees of how any particular email client will behave or of campaign outcomes. You remain responsible for your final sends, including legal requirements like unsubscribe links.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we’ll give notice (email or in-app) before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
