- Do I need to connect Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or Braze to Proofel?
- No. There is no integration to set up and no API key to share. Each email in Proofel has its own address: send a test from your ESP to it, or forward one from your inbox, and it appears as a version. You can also upload an .eml file. Because nothing is connected, it works the same with any platform that can send a test email.
- Does Proofel send my campaigns?
- No. Proofel is the review and approval step before the send. You make changes in your ESP and send the campaign from there, exactly as you do today. The only email Proofel sends on your behalf is a test of the email to your own account address, so you can open it in your real mail app.
- Do reviewers need an account?
- No. Guest reviewers are unlimited on every plan. They open the link, enter a name, and can comment, annotate and approve right away. Paid seats only apply to the people in your workspace who create and manage emails.
- What happens when I change the email after feedback?
- Send another test to the same Proofel address. It arrives as a new version of the same email, so the history stays in one place, and you can compare it with the previous version before asking for approval again.
