Questions, answered
- Is there really a 14-day free trial?
- Yes — and no credit card required. Every new account gets full access to every paid feature (our top Team plan) for 14 days. When the trial ends you simply move to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically.
- How do team seats work?
- The Team plan includes 3 seats. Invite more people whenever you like. Each additional seat is just $10/month and is added (prorated) automatically.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel from the Billing page. Changes are prorated.
- What happens to my emails if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. If you exceed the Free limits, older emails stay viewable. You just can’t create new ones until you’re back under the limit or upgrade again.
