Proofel

Approvals that don’t need another meeting.

The client, the brand lead, and legal each get one link. You get one answer: approved, or what needs to change.

What an external approver sees: the email, feedback panel, and finish-review controls — no account required

The whole reviewer onboarding is typing a name.

Guests open the link, identify themselves, and review — comments, annotations, dark-mode preview, everything. No invite emails to chase, no password resets for someone who logs in twice a year.

  • Unlimited guest reviewers on every plan
  • Guests see premium tools when you have them
  • Every guest action is attributed by name

Multi-step sign-off, single source of truth.

Add the reviewers a campaign actually needs — marketing lead, brand, legal — with a personal message and a deadline. Statuses update automatically: all approvals in → Approved; any objection → Changes Requested, with the reason pinned to the email.

  • Require one approval or several
  • Deadlines with overdue indicators
  • Approval history: who, when, and what they said

Every campaign’s state, one board.

The Kanban pipeline lays your whole calendar out by review stage — Draft, In Review, Changes Requested, Approved. The Monday question answers itself before anyone asks it.

  • Kanban, grid, and list views of every campaign
  • Status pills update live as decisions land
  • Filter by campaign, tag, status, or owner

Built for the team behind the send.

Team workspaces share campaigns, tags, and comment labels. Roles keep permissions sane, team-only comments keep internal notes internal, and folders group everything by client or campaign — shareable as a single link.

  • Team workspace with roles & permissions
  • Team-only comments guests never see
  • Share a whole campaign folder with one link

Our legal reviewer will not create an account for anything. She opens the Proofel link, leaves her notes, hits approve. That alone sold it internally.

Questions, answered

Do approvers need an account?
No. Approval links work like share links — the reviewer opens it, enters a name, reviews, and approves or requests changes. Their decision is recorded in the audit trail either way.
Can I require more than one approval?
Yes. Pro and Team plans support multi-step approvals: add several reviewers and require however many sign-offs the campaign needs before it flips to Approved.
What if the campaign is confidential?
Share links can expire (7 days, 30 days, or never) and can be password-protected. Passwords are hashed server-side — Proofel never stores or transmits them in plain text.
